Q:

When does Rise Up Homeschool meet?

A:

RUHM meets for a morning and afternoon session on Thursdays for two twelve-week semesters. Check-in begins at 8:50am and 12:50pm, Launch and Landing meetings start at 9:00am/12:10 and 12:50pm/4:10pm. We have a lunch and fellowship period that is open for both sessions that begins at 12:20pm.

Q:

How Much does Rise Up Homeschool ministry cost a year?

A:

Rise Up is blessed to be a ministry within Ramoth Baptist Church. This means that we are able to keep our costs low, but we do charge a small yearly Membership dues for all families. The break down is as follows: $50 for the first child, $25 for each additional child. Membership dues are capped at $125 per family.

Each child is required to be enrolled in all three periods and each class has a supply fee. Supply fees ranges from $0-$25 depending on the class.

Q:

Can I drop my kids off?

A:

All families are required to have at least one parent volunteer present during the day. Our ministry would not be able to opperate withoutelies everyone's involvement.

Q:

What classes are available?

A:

All of our classes are taught by parent volunteers which means that classes will be different each semester. All of our classes focus on enrichment and fellowship as the main focus. We do not do any core curriculum.

Q:

I am interested, but have more questions. Who should I contact?

A:

If you have other questions or would like to hear more about how we operate, please email our RUHM Director at [email protected].
